This is the current web version of the Sonoriza App Privacy Policy.

Sonoriza is operated by CODE & INNOVATE (CNPJ 53.400.616/0001-16), based in Recife/PE, Brazil.
This policy applies to Sonoriza app, support workflows, and official environments linked to the service.
It complements Terms of Use, Copyright Policy, and specific instruments with artists/partners.

Curated platform for digital audio distribution and playback.
Content insertion and availability are handled by authorized administrators with prior rights-holder authorization.

User-provided data: name, profile name, email, credentials, profile photo, and support-form data.
Usage data: accessed screens, searches, likes, favorites, plays, and preferences.
Technical data: app version, OS, language, technical identifiers, and error/performance logs.
Playback data: listening history and interactions with tracks, artists, albums, and playlists.
Notification/operational communication data when features are available to the account/app version.

Account creation/authentication, account maintenance, login/session management, and access recovery.
Service delivery, audio playback, curation, recommendations, and personalization.
Usage, performance, stability, and growth metrics.
Support, reports, and contact handling.
Compliance with legal/regulatory obligations and protection of rights.
Fraud/abuse prevention and platform security.
Legal bases may include service performance, legal/regulatory obligation, regular exercise of rights, legitimate interest, and platform security.

Data may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, CDN, database, authentication, email, observability, and analytics providers.

Sonoriza does not sell personal data.

The app may use session tokens, local storage, technical cache, and identifiers required for operation and security.
Offline listening, when available, relies on internal technical cache for in-app playback only.
At this stage, the product is not primarily presented as a child-directed service.
Data subjects may request information, profile updates, account deletion, and data deletion through official channels.
Deletion may keep minimum records when legally/regulatorily required, for security/fraud prevention, or rights protection.
Depending on infrastructure, processing may occur in Brazil or abroad with appropriate safeguards.
